Just wanted to come up for air and let you all know we’re still chugging with editing this little film of ours. Somehow the summer and fall came and went without us noticing because we’ve had our heads pointed at the computer screen, going through all the most straining and tedious parts of sorting through our two hundred and whatever hours of footage.

It’s all about organization. First we watch. We separate the good stuff from the bad stuff. Perfessor Bill using Ethan Uslan as a ventriloquist dummy? Good. Two-minute, out-of-focus shot of several audience members’ feet? Bad. (No offense, feet.)

Through all of it, though, we’re beginning to see a great story emerge. We’ll keep you better posted over the coming weeks, but in the meantime, we’ve got another brief clip from the contest for your viewing pleasure.
